FW de Klerk Foundation

Please save the date: the FW de Klerk Foundation, in conjunction with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, invites you to attend a full-day conference at Protea Hotel President in Cape Town on Saturday, 2 February, 2013.

UNITING BEHIND THE CONSTITUTION 

The Conference will consider:

  • the Constitution after 19 years; 
  • uniting behind the Constitution in support of non-racalism and human dignity;
  • uniting behind the Constitution in support of equality through just and effective transformation;
  • uniting behind the Constitution in support of the Rule of Law;
  • uniting behind the Constitution in support of genuine multi-party democracy.

Speakers include FW de Klerk, Mr Sipho Pityana of CASAC, Prof Frans Viljoen of the Centre for Human Rights, Dr Anthea Jeffery of the SAIRR, Adv Jeremy Gauntlett and Mosiuoa Lekota of COPE.
